Aussie Class One

I've been trawling round the CASA website trying to find a list of requirements for the Oz Class One medical. However, as with all things bureaucratic I'm still clueless.

Do anyone have a web address that lists the requirements for eyesight, hearing, respiratory, etc requirements. And, can a class one be done outside of australia?

If it helps any, I do hold a JAR Class One.
