Opticians

I'm getting to the age when my arms aren't long enough to let me read the charts in a dark cockpit. So far I'm managing with off -the-shelf reading glasses but I feel that a visit to the optician would be sensible. Does anyone know of any optometrists in the Gatwick area who have experience of the particular needs of pilots?
