I await, with bated breath, the court case which will find them both guilty and a very heavy sentence (shades of the Scarff brothers) awarded.
...and then, as sure as night follows day, the appeal, funded by the taxpayer via legal aid, where on some technicality, either the finding will be found to be unsafe or the sentence too harsh and the two will be let off, awarded huge compensation for the pain and suffering they endured before being released. Then the book deal, the TV interviews, the 'Underbelly' style miniseries (the 'approved' version like the Ibrahim brothers allowed). You all know that the second and third paragraphs are going to happen, because how many times have we seen it before? I'm reminded of that *****ing toe rag (I can't bear to say his name) who was captured in Afghanistan whilst 'working for an Islamic charity'(!) and is now the darling of the Lefties. Oh, and in the meantime, ASIO will be 'closely watching' all those returnees we were promised would never be allowed back into the country. |
Once again, these are not boat arrivals. They are born Australians. :( By way of warning, the second link is graphic.
Convicted terrorist Sharrouf was born in Australia and lived in Sydney’s west until he fled the country on his brother Mustafa’s passport in December. WARNING VERY GRAPHIC UNCENSORED CONTENT: Islamic State terrorists from Australia pose with the severed heads of their captives - CHRISTIANS ARE NEXT - Middle East - International - News - Catholic Online We have a problem, and it's not arriving on the boats. We can take the easy path and blame it on the boat people, or we can take the more difficult path and address the actual problem; the problem that was born here. Neither of these men are refugees; they were born in Australia. They do not have the excuse of growing up in a violent refugee camp or an amoral war zone; they grew up in Sydney. Despite this relatively affluent upbringing (by world standards) they chose the path of murder and hatred. They have no excuse, and we have no excuse. We can't defer their behaviour onto 'refugees' or 'boat people'; they are neither. They are Australians, and even if we turn back every single boat they will remain so. Even if you stop every single boat, there will still be these people in our community. IMO, the boats are not the primary concern; the primary concern is the radicalised, first born Australians. How we address this issue is up for debate, but personally I see a greater risk in these guys than in the economic migrants from Sri Lanka. I'm reminded of that *****ing toe rag (I can't bear to say his name) who was captured in Afghanistan whilst 'working for an Islamic charity'(!) and is now the darling of the Lefties. |
as some credible reports are suggesting |
Worrals .. " we have a problem".... The whole western world has a problem and, at the moment, no western government is doing anything about it.
|
7x7, considering your relentlessly espoused, tortured syntax bellicosity, combined with "Minority Report" style pre-emptive thought crime kookiness, one must wonder if you are nothing more than an ALP concern troll.
If, on the other hand, you are a genuine advocate of the lunar right, you sir are doing your cause an injustice. |
Re the link to the arrest warrants.
I read in a couple of the articles in other media where it said "if they come back to Australia they will be arrested". What happened to Interpol and putting them on a list so if they leave where they are they get arrested ? Why only arrest them when they come back ? |
Extrapolating from today's NT News, it matters nought what the various religious nutters get up to.
The catastrophists have apparently decided that global warming/climate change no longer cuts it and are moving to prophesising the imminent 6th great extinction. No prizes for guessing that it will be caused by humans. The tipping point is a mere 100 years away. |
And these are the sort of idiots that were arriving on boats, that Two Dads, Rintool and co have been welcoming with open arms. Commandments from islam... Yet another defence project screwup
Air Warfare Destroyer contract to be taken off ASC and handed to BAE ?
http://www.theaustralian.com.au/nati...-1227006466859 |
Out of the frying pan and into the fire ? ;)
BAE is part of it already as a sub contractor ????? Whatever they build they should be on fixed price contracts ! (I do admit that I would like to see Williamstown (Vic) continue !) And they want to build the new Submarine here ?????? |
Whatever they build they should be on fixed price contracts ! Its usually the reason governments take on some of the risk themselves and then get bitten. At least with fixed price you can have a amount of certainty. |
rh
OK, understand. Then let's put "FPC's" aside for the minute and just put "learn how to write contracts". After all, contracts are one of the things highlighted in various reviews that are an issue. Re FPC's, since non FPC's seem not to have worked so well, then why not give them a go ??? :O ;) Anyway, if you have a FPC's, you also need to specify the price of things not covered by the FPC before you sign it !!! |
500N ... isn't the problem with FPCs' that the Navy/Army/Air Force always want to take huge leaps into the future with regard to capabilities and that sort of thing leads to cost blow outs etc.
|
bos
"leaps into the future with regard to capabilities" With regards to our Navy/Army/Air Force, any "leap into the future" is still 100 km behind the US ! We don't set the bar (as much as we would like to think), we follow it. The problem is, we like to invent "capabilities" which then gets us in the shyte. |
Heh, it just occured to me how the greens could stop live sheep exports, at least stop it to islamic countries...:)
""A man who has had sexual relations with an animal, such as a sheep, may not eat its meat. He would commit sin" - Ayatollah Khomeini" All them greens gotta do is send their operatives around to fornicate with a boatload of sheep and the entire shipment would be rejected............. . |
Fool Sufferer - Are you sure it isn't yourself that has 'got it wrong'.
Everything 7x7 has said has already actually happened here in Australia in one form or another, he is simply stating the obvious, those particular two terrorists won't be coming back anyway, but there are others who will try. Bos/500N - I think a solution might be for the ships to be built under licence from BAe here, with BAe supervision, but first, a binding contract with the unions involved not to hinder or retard the building, it being a matter of national security. Any chance? |
You mean those Greens that haven't already fornicated with sheep?
Shouldn't take long then! :) |
