What does surprise me is that we have not (yet) seen or heard Sarah two-dads usual diatribe He seemed to be having a hard time at a press conference on the matter. it was yea "no the navy won't do that sort of thing" but its the governments fault for making their job hard. It was funny to watch. |
Could it possibly be that there may now be some in the media who have come to the opinion that SHY has passed her 'use-by date?' Me myself personally, if I never hear the woman's voice nor see her face on a TV screen ever again, I will be inordinately content. |
I do wonder why the media give the greens the time of day. 90% of the population didn't vote for them and I'd say more than 50% can't stand them.

Perhaps some comment from the true believers that have expounded at length on here why Labor's NBN plan was the best that we could possibly get. Quote: The "fastest ever" broadband speeds have been achieved in a test in London, raising hopes of more efficient data transfer via existing infrastructure. Alcatel-Lucent and BT said speeds of 1.4 terabits per second were achieved during their joint test - enough to send 44 uncompressed HD films a second. The test was conducted on a 410km (255-mile) link between the BT Tower in central London and Ipswich. "BT and Alcatel-Lucent are making more from what they've got," explained Oliver Johnson, chief executive of broadband analyst firm Point Topic. "It allows them to increase their capacity without having to spend much more money." BBC News - 'Fastest ever' broadband passes speed test As many of us have said, there are better ways of doing things than the 'back of a fag packet' scheme that Conroy and Rudd came up with. |

.. but I fear I will not be, Ken. (Pleased, that is, nor my wish fulfilled.)
Whatever we may wish for, I think we're all sentenced to an almost nightly dose of the woman for the next six long years. |
Ken .... my chin isn't down, but thanks anyway. http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...cons/icon7.gif

What is it about South Australians? They have delivered some beauties to Canberra: Mary Jo Fisher, Christopher Pyne, Cory Bernardi, Sarah whatever-her-name-is to name a few. People from Adelaide have been complaining about their water for years. Perhaps they have good reason? |
Awfully sorry Airey Belvoir, but if you were to read the full article you would find that they were using FIBRE end-to-end Epic fail http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...s/embarass.gifhttp://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...s/embarass.gif That'll teach me! |

"I do wonder why the media give the greens the time of day. 90% of the population didn't vote for them and I'd say more than 50% can't stand them." Very well put. I wish the media would take note that they don't have to get a 30 second quote from them every time. Read something today about Abbott somehow going to reclassify some Heritage protected Tassie forests. That will make Bob Brown and the Greens have a few orgasms. |
So I was lead to believe the previous government lead the country to the brink of bankruptcy....and then I read this....
No Cookies | The Courier-Mail From the 'MSM' no less!!... So if the country really is in such a state as Abbott etc claim., why are my taxes going to this sort of middle class welfare?? MESSAGE TO TONY!! Stop acting like Kevin and Jools!!! |
Oh, and then I found this...
( Register of Member's Interest, Statements, 43rd :Parliament ) he has declared that his spouse receives "income as a marriage educator Lovely stuff.....have you met Craig Thompson?....Suspect you may both have common ground..........:suspect: |
Further edited to add..
How dare you avail yourself of my taxes to realise Coalition welfare!!! But aside from the LNP trying to tax me out of existance....... |
Agreed, cash handouts are useless, but always appreciated. Jules and Kevvy realised this in the past.
It's pity the Carbon Tax is being held over by Shooten too. |
$200 for counselling young couples about to get married...
Not for the first time in these last four months, am I the only one who feels that Labor is still running the show in Canberra? |
My GF and I were discussing this as she thought it a crazy idea,
Who came up with it ? $200 won't get you far. |
am I the only one who feels that Labor is still running the show in Canberra?
Not for the first time I've said there is really not much at all between the two major parties........:{ Who came up with it ? The coalition gummint :ugh: Clearly the previous mob didn't leave the Country in that bad a shape if we can afford this sort of rubbish....and PPL!! :hmm: $200 won't get you far. Multiplied many times over it'll get Kevvie's other half very far indeed!:}:ugh: Oh, and from someone very happily married for many years.......the $200 answer is...........'respect' If you're going to get married and need counselling beforehand... Oh never mind, there is a Coalition Gummit handout for that! Some entertaining reading in the papers how some are trying to defend this mindless welfare though......it reminds you of how so totally blinded some become in defending the indefensible......just because it is the Coalition.....(or in a different set of circumstances labor)..... |
Ahhh the ever pleasant Kevin Work choices.
Raping the welfare system on the one hand and thinks he is offering a sweetener with a marriage guidance on the other. How more out ot touch can you get. Just think of the Indonesian boats you could purchase for $20 mill |
