Ha! As I thought. He#s been re-gurgitated.

Twill not be Yellow Mr Bre, as that hue was used earlier by some Scousers who got a cheap job lot from a bloke in a pub.

At present I'm designing the mechanism which rocks it violently from side-to-side and makes the lights flash and arc. (As seen in all good sub movies).

To date, nobody has come up with a rational explantion as to why Johnny Ringo's gunbelt was on upside down.

Incidently on this day 12th Dec 1901 that famous Geordie Marcy Coni sent the first Trans Atlantic Radio message,
wey aye hinny.

Surely everyone realizes that Marc Coni was a Brit.

But was his mother really a Geordie?

Many years ago there was an exhibit at the Science Museum, London, where you could press a button and hear Marc Coni dedicate the wireless telephone link to Australia. He surely sounded like a native English speaker to me.

Mr Breguet 901

Apologies for butting in - but the thread has gone quiet - my car has a diesel engine and as such does not need petrol.
Yours Sincerely,

One dislikes Clive thingy, as a presenter he is hopeless, he rambles and waffles and passes off snidey remarks as wit.
Still, when yer concider what he was, its to be expected.

Anyway Lord of the Rings won, much to the disgust of the luuvie culture vultures, they would of course prefered, some obscure twaddle like The Satanic Verses, cos its cultured like,
Then of course the same luuvies would have been presented with the problem of something being that popular with the great unwashed, something ordinary folks could understand, couldn't be that good, stands to reason dunnit.

One must of course point out that the above snidey remarks are not being passed off as wit.

Errr wasn't this book thingy done just last year???

In my desk drawer there's a small heap of foreign coins, two bottles of Encre de Chine (1 fl. oz in each), a 2x2 Rubik's cube and a 3 inch figure of GI Joe in his dress uniform (complete with sabre).

Two things occur to me: 1) I wonder why fluid ounce got abbreviated to fl. oz when there is no "z" anywhere to be seen? and 2) Where's my stapler gone?

Today I learnt that one should always put the cable in the flexible conduit, before it is set in concrete. Pushing steel cable pulls; is hard work.

We have 3 toilets in our house.

6 people (2 adults and 4 kids) live here.

Why were they all fighting over using the same toilet when we returned from Christmas shopping in York today?
