Do something "like a boss" or "like a pro". Tesco exhort one to shop like a pro using their smartphone app. Eh?

Herd immunity.

I don’t know why, but I find the term rather patronising. I think it’s because whenever I hear it, I always get this mental image of a large group of dimwits corralled in a large pen aimlessly shuffling around and bumping into each other.

"Premium Customer Experience" is one phrase that has emerged from super-premium brands to much lower in the market place.

Even BT want you to have one nowadays.

I quite like the term POTUS. It makes me think a trip to the doc is required to have it lanced.

Governments appointing ‘tsars’ to tackle specific issues. WTF has a Russian emperor got to do with democratic politics? Isn’t it merely just to make a particular role sound more sexy?

Just remembered, about 15 yrs ago the council demolished about 2,000 flats in southeast London.
The residents? They were, officially, decanted.
