David Clark Headsets (US), say UK customers are fraudsters

David Clark Headsets (US), say UK customers are fraudsters

I was trying to purchase an item from the US David Clark website,however I could not find the United Kingdom in the dropdown country list so i asked them why and they sent me this reply

Brian Degnan of David Clark (US) sent me this:

"the UK was removed several years ago due to too many fraud orders"

my reply to David Clarke was that they're drop-down list includes countries such as Iran, China, Afghanistan, Nigeria, Russia etc, yet the UK, in the eyes of David Clark Headsets (US) is more corrupt and full of fraudsters and these countries.

I find David Clark (US) attitude to the British and the UK to be incredibly insulting.

Is your intent in citing those nations to draw into question whether individuals in those nations who purchase DC products commit fraud at a greater rate than those in the UK? Also, do you expect that DC simply do nothing in response to fraudulent orders in the UK?

Since that shop is a "UK Customer", how do they place their orders?

"Expected in 10 days" - permanently?

That shop is U.K. trade customer as opposed to a U.K. private customer. Perhaps that is the difference.

Considering the price they are asking for a set of mediocre 50's design passive headsets, I'm left wondering how they have the nerve to call out anyones integrity
