Faux News strikes again

An airhead, who's primary qualifications seem to be tits, teeth and hair, took a dig at Denmark. Back fired pretty badly:

They don't have a monopoly in it, but as it's a fairly large country, it does tend to have an idiot count in proportion to its size.

Why put them on display. Our Denish brethren went bananas (not what i wanted to write) over that one.

The programme she hosts is called "The Intelligence Report". You couldn't make this stuff up.

Hopeless .. the sad thing is many of the “ less traveled” i.e millions of US citizens will believe this nonsense from Trumps favorite news station.
She does have nice hair though !

Indeed. I believe she's also one of the stars in the Fox Leg Show. Which seems to be the sum total of talent required to be a presenter on that network; intelligence and integrity are certainly not.

Strange that a reporter whose knowledge is lacking is supposedly the whole network but same never used against CNN or other MSM networks.

There are plenty of similar types on all networks .
I don’t view them as reporters at all because they are not . A better description would be grade C actors at best, as someone posted good on the “ leg show “ where everyone talks at the same time and the loudest wins ...
Nice teeth though !

Subsequently........

Regan clarified her remarks after critical remarks in US and Danish press, saying: "Just to be clear, I was never implying that conditions in Denmark were similar in any way to the current tragedy on the ground there in Venezuela". She added: "I was merely pointing out, using reports from The Atlantic, The Independent and other publications, that socialism is not the way."

If the woman used the Atlantic and, for that matter and more especially, the Independent, then she was most certainly the unwitting interpreter of biased journalism. She should have known better than to rely on the left leaning press that masquerade as intellectual information but then, had she relied on right leaning news medial, she'd have been accused of being prejudiced herself.

Just watching a real non-story on CNN about 'if someone said that somebody used some or other world'. One would think that nothing important was happening in the world. It doesn't give a good impression of American TV channels to go to if you want some real news.

Just spent 2 months in Southern California, the only "News" I got was, fortunately, via BBC World Service America on PBS. All that was ever on the local channels, inexorably, at 5,6,7,10, and 11 pm was the latest loss of acreage and percentage under control of the Bush Fires - very sad I agree, and incredibly occasionally deliberately started, and the daily shooting tally by, and occasionally of, the Cops. Oh Yes, and the weather took a fair bit of the time, now ... about the Ad. breaks ....

Quite, Jack.
As the masterful Don Henley says;

"Well I could have been an actor,
But I wound up here.
I just have to look good
I don't have to be clear
Come and whisper in my ear - give us dirty laundry..."

Thank you Van Gordon Sauter for utterly screwing American Television news...

Obviously only became dumb when she started working for Fox.

“Nobody ever lost a dollar by underestimating the taste of the American public.” - P. T. Barnum.....

”Regan was born in New Hampshire on December 13, 1972. She attended high school at Phillips Exeter Academy [and] went on to study voice in Graz, Austria, and at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston before enrolling at Columbia University. She graduated cum laude from Columbia with a B.A. in U.S. history in 2000.”.......

Regan got her start in 2001 at CBS MarketWatch, then owned partially by CBS News, where she was a business correspondent reporting for the CBS Evening News through 2007. She also contributed to Face the Nation and 48 Hours. In 2002, she earned the Most Outstanding Young Broadcast Journalist Award from the Northern California Society of Professional Journalists......

Her work on the terror connection between the Tri-Border region of South America and Islamic terrorist groups earned her an Emmy nomination for Investigative Reporting in 2007.......

Regan was nominated for a Best Documentary Emmy Award while also earning a Gerald Loeb nomination for her documentary work on "Against the Tide: The Battle for New Orleans" – an investigative piece on the New Orleans levee system, after Hurricane Katrina..........
