One highly suspects Some Other Reason.

Sunny earlier, babby gal and I drove to the city in the kei truck to secure some supplies and gander at the city folk... Thar's some entertainment, beats any zoo.

Picked up a nice roasted sweet potato for the ride home and she munched on that and fell asleep. Bigger'n her it were, but between what went in and that what got smeared outside she did a pretty good job on that project.

Mrs. stuck out on long ops tonight so we two'll tabletop bbq some chook wings and sausages.

Steady on//

Beautiful day in Southeast England, sipping bottomless coffee in a Spoons having walked four or five miles across three areas of common land. Tempted to have a second breakfast. No. Second indicative vote? Still no. Sure? Well... nah got another couple of mlies to go... thought of bacon and eggs sure is appealing though.

Today, one of Britain's 2 oldest men (both 111 years old, born 29th March 1908, when asked the inevitable question "What is the secret to living to such an age?" replied: "Avoid dying"!

Driving into work this morning the display of May flowers was the best I ever remember seeing. I suppose it must be time to cast a clout.

Walking through a bit of public land called Sanderstead Plantation (the highest point in Croydon according to a note on a tree) listening to the glorious sounds of the birds, it occurred to me an app rather like an avian version of Shazam would be very handy for working out just which feathered friend it is tweeting in the trees overhead.

All these cooking programmes are annoying. Talking to a chef mate of mine about them he said, "Yes, it's only efin' lunch."

A bookshop chain with branches across Hampshire decided a book about Rose West should be promoted
