Could they not be persuaded that they need training before being despatched to blow up somebody else, and that is best done with using a proper suicide vest?

Slight thread drift.

One of my uncles was employed in a shipyard on TYneside.

A coworker had a finger amputated by a machine.

A safety officer (such as they were back in the 1940s) asked him to show how he had lost the finger - which he did, resulting in the loss of a second finger . . .

They do have the problem that strike action doesn't do much for them - except, perhaps, make them explode with anger....

Plus there is the virgin shortage to consider......

As many different fronts as IS have going, one would think there would be plenty of opportunity for a glorious departure. Just like employees everywhere, they never stop whining despite showing no motivation to get the job done.
