Ask the coroner, 3 professors and 2 top doctors who also 'believe'.
Add a few zero's to the ends of those numbers and it might be worth taking notice of.

If you consider the number of pilots that have breathed air that has come via the compressor stage of the engine since, say, 1950 and then look at the number of unexplained deaths among the pilot fraternity this pilots family and their advisors are drawing a very long bow, I think.

Anyone care to take a bet that the lawyers are NOT on a no win no fee basis?I would be very surprised if a successful case can be made of this. If this had been a goer there would have been many similar cases in the U.S. As Americans are more prone to law suits

A320 fumes recently CFM

Recently there have been some CFM A320s with diversions, sick crews, fumes.

Has anyone heard of recent A320 fumes and air toxicity incidents?

Has NYCO been approved for CFM engines in Europe?
Is your airline using a low toxin Oil for A320 CFM engines?
