I have a photo of it with me standing in the main cabin doorway.
By the way, Hefner did not have a full time corporate crew, it was flown by the airline he had contracted with to maintain the aircraft. I think it was Northeastern Airlines, now long gone.

Having a go at some of the open ones
36. Finland, Russia
49. 7-UP
62 Finland
64. Astana, Kazakhstan (used an Atlas. It's the next capital furthest from a coastline.)
67. Exo- outside their own tribe, Indo-Inside
80. Beat It is Michael Jackson*
Went on a cheap skiing holiday in Andorra in 1984. On the first 3/4 hour transfer to the slope, the coach driver played his bootleg tape of 'Thriller'. On the way back, he played... 'Thriller'. Etc. 10 day holiday.
