I wonder if the reason why some don't need to sign in is because they have already registered for BBC iPlayer etc?

Seb has broken the weighbridge and might face a penalty.

Shouldn't Lewis face a penalty too?

Regardless of Sirotkin being on an out lap, he nearly caused a very massive accident. (High speed out of the last corner to get a good exit all the way up to the start finish line is essential anyway and so it is reasonable to say Sirotkin's fast lap run was impeded)
Sirotkin was significantly faster, and Lewis had the blue flags, it doesn't matter to Lewis who they were or what lap they were on, it was still his move mid-track nearly causing a high speed accident.
If he DOESN'T, then that is definite double-standards from the FIA who have penalised other drivers for similar and lesser offences of impeding other drivers and or moving erratically or dangerously in qualifying/free practice.

No because both drivers were on an outlap. It was an unnecessary and unusual overtake. Lewis had been told that everyone around him was on an outlap and was preparing for his lap to start. Stewards must have agreed, they didn't even call Lewis though Sirotkin was called for having too slow an in lap at some point.

Not really - F1 would just become Indycar.

Lewis giving Max a bit of advice there in the cool down room. Pretty much what my wife and I said at the time.
Great result again for Merc!

Apparently there is a long history of disagreement between Max and Ocon through the lower formulae.

Both have been called to the stewards.

Although Ocon is unlikely to have an F1 drive next year, Toto rates him as a possible for a Mercedes seat in the future.
When one 'winner' comes up against another who sees himself as a winner, it seems likely that they will 'come to blows' (two egos clashing).

Whilst the stewards judged Ocon to be at fault, Max could have been more cautious IMO - especially as he knew how stubborn Ocon could be.

As Max described Ocon as a 'Fcking Idiot', maybe he should have expected Ocon to behave like one?

Just saying . . .

The Star of the show was.... Charles Leclerc, started 7th on the Grid, finished 6th. A rookie in a 3rd tier car.

Congratulations Charles Leclerc

Personally I feel max did not give him room at the corner so the fault was his, as for the you should not unlap against the leader...errrr it's a race and it is racing, otherwise you might as well bring on a rule if lapped you retire.

As for the Indy car comments, I am referring to the simple wings and aeros, get rid of all the junk they have now and get back to racing.
