Ok, it's in Bavaria a twin town about 15 miles NW of Innsbruck

The architecture is very Albert Speeresque, ie 1936 (the date is significant) Nazi party.

Forest cover looks Central American but the tower in the lower right hand corner looks Chinese. Cars drive on the right but the pic's too grainy to make our traffic signs or car makes.

The ruins are not of the Western Hemisphere.

What's that blue flag?

Think I'll plump for south China. For now!
