Why is the Left so attracted to, and admiring of the gratuitous? Entertainment, Politics, and violence?

They hold such awe for those who violate, and demean, let alone commit crime.

They despise and recoil from what is real, from self determination, respect, and tolerance.

They slip so easily into judgment, and the false security of their opinions.

Dearborn? Where my Fords were built?

The patience of the rock solid America is wearing thin.

When Police and public officials protect violence and crime, rather than tolerance, and Freedom, blood will flow, from every corner.

And the safety of the mob will be shown to be an illusion, just as the false courage of the children who profane, and bully, then skulk away, pretending to be strong.

Lyman,
Dearborn? Where my Fords were built?

You are an engineer, right? Dearborn, Ford, and the ironic loss of innocence do not stand up well to an assay of production numbers.

jist sayin...

Can you miss a point without ducking?

Did I just wake up from a nap.....how did we get to discussing auto plants?

Bit of a morph from Muslims attacking Christians in Dearborn to discussing Ford Pickups!

What is interesting about the data.....two Ford plants produce almost as many vehicles as four GM plants.....but then Government never has been known for producing anything but debt, waste, and corruption.

Looking for some extra votes?

Obama to Release One Third of Gitmo Inmates

A release or transfer of 55 inmates means Obama is moving out one third of the prisoners at Guantanamo. And while it doesn't represent a shutdown of the facility, it's certainly indicative of a move toward that end.

Never mind these are the worst of the worst....election time is coming and he must have closed down Gitmo before then or be seen as failing on his biggest promise! Never mind what damage it winds up causing!

The ringleader of the consulate attack was Khumu, a former inmate at Gauntanamo. He was released to Libya, and the care of Ghaddafi, by George W. Bush.

Muslim Springer. Spaniel.

SAS,
The NY Times' article was good. It illustrates, IMO, why we should not get into situations like Iraq, meaning conflicts that requires invasion and deployment of US ground troops for an extended period. This region of the world is made up of very different cultures, an Islamic religion containing various sects that vie both for political and religious domination. Clearly, there needs to be an upfront assessment and detailed planning for exit even before planning the entrance strategy. For Iraq, it never happened. Exit has been an exercise without ever having a plan...

Indeed he was; with the provision that he never see the outside of a Libyan jail.

How'd that work out?

Dubya bowed to pressure when he shouldn't have. The result was, again, a former captive taking up arms against us.

So, having learned that lesson, would we release more back into the wild?

This current mess is on Barry. We have had more terrorist attacks against us both overseas and domestically under the current watch than anything post 9/11 under W.

So how about Barry start taking responsibility for events that occurred on his watch?

There's your problem. For him, the buck doesn't stop at the Oval Office... always seems to end up somewhere else.

Here we go

It is the Egyptian president who sets the parameters for Big O.

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/23/wo...ties.html?_r=1

CAIRO — On the eve of his first trip to the United States as Egypt’s new Islamist president, Mohamed Morsi said the United States needed to fundamentally change its approach to the Arab world, showing greater respect for its values and helping build a Palestinian state, if it hoped to overcome decades of pent-up anger.
I guess that means replacing the Constitution with Sharia Law. Yep, who, didn't see this one coming.

One thinks it is inextricably bound up with megrahi.

Dushan, All day long here with the PSAs from NPR and other Obama outlets with "the plight of the Palestinians".

One gets annoyed at being played by one's electeds........

We are seeing the results of planning that has been under our noses for two generations.

Finally the caliphate gets a friend in the Oval Office. And an ally.

so lyman...let's just make sure he doesn't get re-elected.

one thing as an airline pilot, you can judge someone pretty fast in the cockpit...and I have never seen a character more lacking in leadership, more fluff than reality in my life. Obama.

Not the 47%, give or take a percentage point.

This can't be good news for Team Obama.

In our latest POLITICO-George Washington University Battleground Poll with middle-class families, which comprise about 54 percent of the total American electorate and usually split in their vote behavior between Republicans and Democrats, Romney holds a 14-point advantage (55 percent to 41 percent).

Remember this from the other day?

Last week, President Obama's campaign paraphernalia store on his website was heavily criticized for having a poster of a U.S. flag that was Obama-ized by having the field of fifty stars replaced with an Obama logo. Over the weekend, the item was suddenly "disappeared" down the Internet memory hole.
