Anybody else notice a correlation between Federal subsidies back to States and IQ/Obesity..
Typical elitist attitude: "If you don't think like me you must be stupid or fat."

Mitt Gets Nomination

The bile must be rising in the throats of the right wingers here (SAS I did not say teabaggers). Now you just have to swallow and smile. No Gingrich, Cain, or Santorum (snicker) to carry your flag, just some closet liberal and open draft dodger.

So I happily cede the chair to the casual old racists & homophobes that preceded me who can't stand to see somebody not like them in the big house. That said, from this point forward you're going to be called on your nonsense. Jeez, some of you close to 10,000 posts..? There's evidence of a sickness right there...
Is that statement just being treated with the contempt it deserves? or am I the only one that sees it as outrageous crap.

I will concede the old part, but I am not a racist, nor a homophobe, does that make the man in the big house a racist homophobe? or is that remark of mine as stupid as the one quoted?.

Deconstruction...

The 'big house' is slang for 'prison,' I believe. Perhaps this carbon-based life form meant the 'White House,' which is something completely different, but that is not what he, she or it wrote.

Golly, do you suppose this was some sort of attempted wind-up? Would that mean not responding to the bait? Oh, wait... this is Jet Blast!

There are people who believe that one can cure homosexuality, but I never met anyone who thinks that you can cure stupid, so that I don't see much point in calling anyone on their nonsense. No, let us just revel in it.

ihoharv, well I see you have finally shown your true colours.

So let's look at Federal Taxes: for every dollar paid to the Feds CA gets 78c back; Florida 97c back; and Oklahoma $1.36c back. What a bunch of freeloaders...! Disgusting little people...how anti-American. Why do these people hate America so much..?

just the facts ma'am, just the facts.....
So it is the fact you want, so you say. I hate to break this to you, but this is not the first time a 'oh so superior liberal Democrat' has posted this nonsense of Oklahoma receives $1.36 back from the Federal Government for every tax dollar, inferring that this high rate of return is do to a bunch of freeloading, disgusting little people, that are anti-Americans, insinuating that these tax dollars are used to pay for entitlement programs such as food stamps, welfare payments, Medicaid and other assorted same type programs.

The fact of the matter, which you seem so concerned about, is actually quite the opposite. The reasons for that high of return of Federal Tax dollars is the following;

Tinker AFB. Oklahoma City.

Altus AFB. Altus, Oklahoma.

Vance AFB. Enid, Oklahoma.

Ft. Sill. Lawton, Oklahoma.

The FAA Aeronautical Center. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Headquarters of the United States Marshal Service Air Operations Division. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

El Reno Federal Prison, El Reno, Oklahoma. (One of the largest Federal Prisons in the United States)

Federal Prisoner Transfer Center. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

And now the kicker.

Various American Indian tribes, which Federal money goes to, which in included in your $1.36 figure.

Unemployment in Oklahoma is 4.7%, unemployment in Oklahoma City is 4.1%, which is the lowest unemployment in any city in the United States with a population of over one million (1,000,000) people.

Now what were those unemployment figures for California and San Fransisco again?

Oh, and despite Obama's best efforts, people on federal welfare/unemployment programs, are not counted as being employed. Yet.

But what the heck, nice try, too bad that as usual your Democratic Party propaganda wilts under the spotlight of the real facts, or in other words, the truth.

At the time, Sacramento had three major US military facilities, Mather, McClellan and the Army Depot.
Which reminds me, I knew I left one federal facility out. The McAlester Ammunition Depot, which I believe is the largest in the US.

I used to go into McClellan AFB about once a week on average. After it closed we moved to the main airport at Sacramento, what a [email protected]* that was. It was so bad that we moved to Travis AFB.

I had to threaten airport employees twice with arrest because of their actions. Once they tried to block me in on a taxiway with a airport fire truck. They were demanding that we pay a landing fee, we didn't pay landing fees at federally funded airports and Sacramento was the only place in the US that made an issue about the landing fee.

So Washington told us to go ahead and sign the landing fee bill, then leave. But that when the bill hit Washington, they would not pay it. So when the first landing fee was rejected by Washington, guess who was the AC on the first trip into Sacramento?

Yup, little ol' me, thinking that everything had been worked out. That is when the fire truck showed up in front of the aircraft. I walked up to the driver, asked him politely to move the truck, he told me to '[email protected] off'. I said okay and for him to have a nice day, then I walk back to where the lead deputy was standing with two armed guards and told him to handle it.

After the driver was yanked out of the truck at gun point, placed in handcuffs then informed he been arrested for interference of a Federal Law Operation, he had a sudden change of heart, was released and like a shot he drove off the fire truck, never to been seen again.

After I returned home and wrote the incidence report, the next week we landed at Travis AFB and never went back to Sacramento.

By the way, we were going into McClellan AFB in 1993, so if you ever saw a mostly white 727 there, that was us, we moved to Travis in late 97 or eary 98..

Travis, always a USAF base, I'm sure, had a better idea of what's what.
When we asked about going in there, the reply was basically, 'park over there, how much fuel do you need and we have a great in-flight kitchen'.

Every time I landed there, by the time I set the parking brake, the fire truck was there along with a fuel truck. They also did not force us to go into Base Ops to file a flight plan, that was already on file, which a lot of Air Force Bases did.

From a friend in SC ( former CA resident....... ) It does raise an interesting question.
What do you think would have happened IF a Caucasian president had ever produced and published a You Tube video forALL WHITE PEOPLE to unite for a WHITE PRESIDENT. Seriously, what do you think would have happened? In my opinion, this is the MOST SIGNIFICANT DEMONSTRATION of INTENTIONAL DIVISIVE RACISM by ANY PRESIDENT in the history of OUR COUNTRY that I recall having seen.

WHOSE PRESIDENT IS HE?
Subject: Obama Announces the 2012 Launch of African Americans for Obama
THIS IS A DANGEROUS VIDEO.

Obama announces the 2012 launch of African Americans for Obama. This is what racism smells like. It can't be explained away.

Would you vote for a white person who did this? I wouldn't, and I think they would be run right out of town if they tried it.

This is just some food for thought if you're pondering your vote in November.

Can you imagine Romney putting out a call for all the white brothers and sisters to vote for him because he's white and so are they?

If this video is not alarming to you, simply delete. If you are offended by what's taking place, please pass it on.

Racist? Not us claims MSNBC.

Just one more example as to where the real bias and prejudice is in the US.

Racism? MSNBC cuts convention speeches by Republican minorities - Spokane Conservative | Examiner.com

On Tuesday, several speeches were given at the Republican convention by minorities, including Mia Love, a black woman running for Congress in Utah, and Artur Davis, a former Democratic Congressman who switched parties. But those watching the convention on MSNBC would never know it, because, Francesca Chambers wrote at Red Alert Politics, the liberal network cut those speeches from its coverage.

Did one park GA? Next to Arnie's Gulfstream? I do remember a white 727 parked on occasion at MAC.

BIL George has gotten quite testy when we talk politics. He has a sizable chip on his shoulder. When I asked him if he realized Obama had put it there, he started to squeak, rather than speak.

Obama is pulling strings in reprehensible ways....

He is a bad, bad person. Which half is the racist?

About when was that, as the Base closed in 1995 and then we moved to Travis shortly after that. When MCC was all military, when we operated there, there was no GA ramp. We parked kind of in the general vicinity of Base Ops, but way out next to the runway. It was quite a hike to base ops, but usually some kind Air Force member would stop and give us a ride.

All three of of our 727s were all over white, one with blue stripes, one with red stripes and one with green stripes down the side of the fuselage.

The only two airports we used at Sacramento was MCC, primary and SMF for backup until MCC was closed.

Chuks Dear Boy!

You seem quite unworldly when you comment as you just did.

In the part of the country I hail from....south of the famous Mason-Dixon Line.....the "Big House" refers to the Land Owners Dwelling not all the Shacks that surrounded the place.

Thus the Boss Fellah lived in the Big House....and not the smaller houses.

Ergo....Obama being the Prez....is happily esconced in the the country's "Big House" although in time i think he has a very fair chance of winding up in the real "Big House" to which you refer.

In my view he certainly should have a change of Digs and the sooner the better!

I shall wager he shall not be returning to Chicago except long enough to pick up his Residuals from the Illinois State Democratic Party and the Teamster Union and SEIU...all the while enroute Hawaii or his birth place.

Here's the speech by a Utah Mayor at the RNC that has everyone talking.

Hi con...

I don't remember MC closing that early. I am sure Ive seen your jet since 95, maybe at CG, or Kalitta? Maybe it was SMF. GA at McC is now at the Main entrance from the highway....haven't seen it at Mather....

Hoping Isaac brings you rain and rain, no big winds...
