Mr Rivets sir, the emissions will not correspond to what they're looking for (usually) or they're gong to do a quick poke in the diagnostic port, however current UK wisdom reckons its a bit unworkable.

WTF with their rotten old database here anyway?

Juud's prolly forgotten that the B'ess and I are visiting shortlyl.

Had the second lesson with my first pupil this a.m. Was heartily chuffed when, after having asked, at the end of the session, how she felt things were going she responded, "Absolutely fine, now that I am being taught properly."

There needs to be a happy, happy smiley with a face-splitting grin from ear to ear.

With No1 in and out of hospital as a baby, the only way I could survive flying was to construct a strict mental separation between "home" and "away".
Itīs become such a deeply ingrained habit that I try to keep a little book where I jot down things related to the "half" I am not currently in. When I donīt, things get lost in transition.

"Hi Juud, itīs Monique. Just thought Iīd let you know our arrival time tonight."
WTF?
"Pardon?"
"Weīre arriving on the late flight like I mailed you last week, but Peter said I should call you anyway. You hadnīt forgotten?"
"I had Monique; completely."
"Want to know how long we are staying? A week. Whatīs the wx like?"

On November 10th 1871 Stanley presumes to meet Livingston in Ujiji, Central Africa

Sometimes run into people I know at airports with the comment..."small world isn't it?"

Wonder what peeps think Livingston thought when he clapped eyes on Stanley in the middle of nowhere????

Good Morning All.
'Tis a really cold start to the day down here.
Have ventured out already to get the local paper.
Should have left it til later. Bits are frozen.
Must buy some mittens.

Nowadays Dr Livingstone would have thought "Oh No,
These Jehovah's witnesses get everywhere!!"

A few other gotchas being introduced at the same time, including having HID lights fitted (fail).
Then, in three years time one shall take one's motor car to the dealer for its first MOT. After all, it was they who delivered the thing with the HID lights installed by their factory. Damned fine lights they are too. One can even avoid these stupid cyclists instead of accidentally sweeping them into the hedgerow. Sniff!

Davaar's posting on a, nay, MY, games thread?!
About Bridget Bardot's lady bits?!

No excuse for no skiing - ever. If in upper limb plaster get them to mould it in the shape of your ski stick. If in lower limb plaster investigate skiddoos or mono.

Nice one Threadie.

Bright and sunny here - bodes well for a jolly good dog walk this afternoon.

Impossible to get online gift vouchers for itunes unless YOU already have them - so had to get him to organise and pay for godson's birthday present. Shoulda just given g/son an apple instead...

Dogs walked, quite bracing this morning and I see the forecast is for a ground frost later, that'll be the 'global warming' then.

Just been listening to the local news and house prices have increased by 7% over the last year. I feel sorry for youngsters trying to get on the housing ladder, must be a nightmare.

I remember when young folks just wanted a home, a roof over their heads, not to get onto the 'Housing Ladder'
I think desperation to onto the 'housing ladder' is one of the reasons we are in the poo now.

I recon the best way to get a house is to inherit it.
Summat re that dead stick clip, would the bloke have lowered his wheels?one would have thunk in a soft possibly muddy field a belly landing would be favorite, one noted his rear wheel was down but possibly this is fixed and does not retract?
