On a point of order, how do you know what a person has posted if he/she is on your ignore list. I understood that person's posts were not displayed?

In this case it might be a fair (no pun intended) to do as I'm sure Norm hasn't been on Thatcher's list for years

Get towed in for session after session of company brain washing. Work more days a month. With fewer FAs. To look after more pax. Your company´s survival depends on you. We need to tighten up on all fronts; make sure you enforce the uniform rules. Make sure your FAs enforce the safety and security rules. Make sure the loos are cleaned and checked every hour, make sure you enroll new members of the loyalty program every flight. Make sure your FAs address all frequent flyers by name and give them first choice of meals. Sell as much tax free as you can. Write the regulated number of FA evaluations, we monitor you. Hand out and collect the required number of questionnaires, we monitor you. Your company depends on you to stick to the rules and keep us profitable.

All of that clearly doesn´t apply to managers:

by the lord harry!just had a tremendous hailstorm,it ok it has changed to torrential rain now,tiz certainly going through it's repertoire today.

Hmmm, wonder what would happen if everybody just told the EU to go feckitself, after all it has no Army or Police Force to back up its outrageous demands.

The Ffrench and others DO tell the EU to stuff it, Regularly.
No one seems to take offence at it.
But it's a British thing that "Rules are Rules," and we slavishly
obey every one they dream up.
More fool us..

It's been a miserable, wet, windy and cold day down here in
Silly Sussex.

You planning on sending that north, Drapes? We've had sleet already today, and I've got a roofer waiting to haul my old roof off and re-slate it. I could do without more foul weather.

Snap!!! Magnus. We've got the scaffolding up to get the
chimneys sorted, but the people to do the job have hibernated.
Bad timing I think.

Since I was finding JB a little bit dull, I began a new thread to do with breakfast again. A fave topic. Got quite a few replies, then all of a sudden it disappeared.

What is going on?

Can we not talk about breakfast anymore?

Talking about all kinds of interesting nonsense appears OK, but why not breakfast?

I very rarely eat breakfast.
It's usually lunchtime before I get up.

Mmmmm high tech Britain I think not. Anna going to York with a friend tomorrow. Suggested online fares better. They were, £32 for both tickets.
Started the process only to find that you can't print out the tickets, you have to collect them at the station. But no stations in Burnley have the machine. Rang trainline and this woman said...oh you can drive to Blackburn to pick them up!!! WTF!!
How is it I can do airline tickets and print them out at home, German and continental railways and buses but not rail ones???

Stopped raining but still a bit windy here. Burnley at home tonight. Going to have a good English breakfast for my tea.

Mystery Missile Lights Up Los Angeles Skies
That diplomat if a bit of a feckwit "It's not atomic" what does he think intercontinental SLAM missiles carry at the front end mirved jelly babies?
That snowplow made the local telly news Mr West, not as exciting as a Trident launch off Tynemouth would be thought.
