Re: Mornington Crescent

I dispute the legality of that Last move Mr G!
Im calling for a steward's enquiry as the Ardball ruleset clearly states MC cannot be declared from Cockfosters when one or more players is in a state of creel and the 6th Earl of Dollis Hill invariably still is!

Re: Mornington Crescent

You are a sore loser Mr Matelot. You know very well that we are playing the Smedley-Regis opaque rules. However, if you really want to play Ardball...

Also, to be fair to Mr Twotter (painful though that is). My play of Mornington Crescent has released him from creel.

However, as you are obviously unhappy. I'll start the next game with a play of Paddington and so recognise your West Country location.

Re: Mornington Crescent

Thanks, Mr. G. Nice to be back. I do rather think that ex-m does like saying that word, don't you? He does like to keep repeating "Cockfosters". If he's not careful, it'll all just be one giant fosters-up with play like this.

Now let's see.... Paddington's a very good friend of mine but I do get sick of Marmalade sandwiches. To that end, it's off to the old Guinness brewery at Park Royal, where there's a jolly nice lap-dancing club these days. Imagine the scene - a pretty young blonde girl taking her clothes off and writhing in front of a giant panda....

Re: Mornington Crescent

Now, now Mr G.

If you'd kept up with the game you'd have noticed that one escaped creel by allowing Mr M to tweak himself.

Panda to the rescue - Harumph!

I won't see SRT creeled again, so stick Rotherhithe in your pipe and smoke it - Jubilee Line now out of play for 10 moves....

One finds creel to be a good vantage point from which to subtly control the rest of you who forgot your tinfoil helmets.

Well I suppose it's Watford then, but why anyone would ever want to go there I do not know.

Re: Mornington Crescent

Shame on you all for playing during a strike! This behaviour is simply unacceptable!

Higbury & Islington, and I'm shaking my head in disgust at you all.

Hmmm...

Hainault, clearly permitted following Sarkinsky's ruling on Elsdon's Third Law at the 1954 World Championship final.

Charing Cross

I know you were all expecting that, but sometimes the old moves are still the best ones.
