Air Italy and Blue Panorama
 

Hello guys:


I´m a foreign pilot that I´m so interested on working in Italy, so I will appreciate any information about fleet expansion of those airlines, Air Italy and Blue Panorama. Thank´s a lot for your help and good flights

Blue Panorama will have the Boeing 787-800, but I can't say in which year it will come here in Italy. Maybe in 2011 o 2012.

or maybe never.... how knows!!

In both the company you must pay by yourself the type rating (30.000 € at least) for one year of employ!

Are you really interest about the Italian airline??
In this session of the forum you will find a lot of Italian pilot looking for a job outside the Italian country :)

My friend Air Italy is near bankruptcy, take it off you mind...Blu Panorama is a good company but i donno anything else. take a look around, don't consider Italian companies..we are full of people that wants to go away..

at 23 , it seems to me that you are a little bit too immature to spit sentences like that Air Italy is close to bankrupt. I am sure that you do not belong to the 'first P in Pprune' . Take your time to grow-up

Radio galley says Blue Panorama will be reducing its short haul fleet to strengthen the 75/76 line. Air Italy wrote off 3 757s to get one 763, transiting some pilots to the 737.

Sorry sir, but it's the opposite situation. BPA has increased the short haul fleet (B737) used by the low cost Blu Express for the scheduled flights to face the bad economic situation of the charter services. It introduced the 6th B737 this summer.

Actually Airitaly is maybe the only italian company with a good financial status as you can read in any newspaper and lately is expanding it's fleet to 17 737 classic and NG's.
The company also signed a code sharing agreement with Alitalia and is currently hiring Captains (I'm not shure about copilots...Call'em).
Chi era quel genio che diceva bancarotta????? Italiani...... Siete fantastici....

Airitaly Egypt non esiste piu' per far fronte allo sviluppo di Airitaly italia, è stata chiusa mesi fa !! C'è solo Airitaly polska
Prezzi type rating 15.000 per 737 (fatto mio cugino) e 15.000 x 767 !!!

Suppongo che per i F/O's novelli come me, almeno al momento ci sono poche speranze visto che tra telefonate, CV mensilmente aggiornato e a volte consegnato a mano, non ho ancora avuto un messaggio positivo o negativo....boh

15.000 ? Solo ? Alla faccia, alla fine sono onesti. Da altre parti minimo 30.000 € senza lavoro o con contratto di 6 mesi, altri addirittura 40.000 € e passa.

Shaman, if that is through Storm (or should I say Storm McGinley) the advice about Gallarate won't help you as that is near MXP and I believe what was on offer was FCO.
If not, disregard all of the above.
I applied too through Storm etc, but have heard nada for the moment.

Devono essere proprio strani in Air Italy, perchè agli 8 FO assunti a Dicembre han fatto pagare 25000... forse gli stavano antipatici :}:}

Potrebbe essere la stessa 'società di intermediazione' che li affittava prima a AirOne, non trovi ? Ti dice niente la 'voltura del contratto' ? La trovi strana ? Piuttosto che rischiare di non incassar più niente da AirOne, forse la società irlandese ha pensato bene di girarli ad AirItaly ? Cosa arditissima, mai vista prima d'ora ..... ! !

Gli imprenditori fanno i propri interessi ??? Sarà.... ma pure tu fai i tuoi interessi quando vai a comprare le scarpe , scegliendo se prenderle in via Montenapoleona o al mercato ... e con ciò ??? Un padrone che fa i propri interessi , indirettamente li fa per la propria compagnia, a meno che non sia un ladrone, ma sono certo che non stai pensando questo circa i propiretari di AirItaly, vero ???
Sotto il break-even ? Immagino che tu abbia in mano tutti gli strumenti finanziari e commerciali per sapere quanto costano i voli di AirItaly, e quindi per conoscere quanto sia il loro break-even...... ma se così fosse, perchè fino ad ora non ne hai creata una tu ? Ah, già , dimenticavo....

....essendo i 737 ex Air One...del personale che ne sarà secondo voi? tutti ex novo?? o qualcuno da Air One transiterà in Air Italy? Avete notizie?

Qui non assume una minchia nessuno, dove avete tirato fuori cifre di TR di 15.000€ o altro? Come fate a sapere sta roba che io sono messo come Overclock25...cioè NADA.. No paraculo, No Air Italy (and many more, of course)

Complimenti ai new cadets entrati a Dicembre sul 737 e a quelli nuovi che entreranno "a modo loro"... :D

Ovvio, purtroppo. Ma non solo in Air Italy.

Forse sono troppo pessimista, ma lo dubito. Speriamo mi stia sbagliando anche se temo che molti continueremo a mangiare la frittata per il lato carbonizzato e alcuni per il lato buono.

Qua si sta parlando di chi bene o male mangia una frittata carbonizzata o no ... ma intanto mangia......e di chi non mangia un cacchio di niente!!!
C'è una bella differenza.
