Salve a tutti!qualcuno ha info riguardo l'invio di pilot application a Lufthansa Italia?sito internet o telefono?..so che per ora vola con crew tedeschi,forse piu avanti...Ciao ciao

Come e la situatione? Il contratto dei piloti LH dice, che tutti a/c con pui di 70 posti e colore LH deve essere operato da piloti LH, e questo non si chambia. In pui, LH al momento ha ca. 100-200 piloti in piu, non credo che cosi prendono altri piloti per LHITA. Ma si sa mai. |
Peccato tu non possa leggere la mail che hanno mandato ai piloti che hanno avuto l'idea di mandare il cv a lh italia

To all who are desperately hoping to join LH Italia:
in the foreseeable future we are going to offer First Officer positions in LH Italia (sorry no Captains), to pilots who are able to 1. produce a Highschool Diploma (Maturita) at least equivalent to the German Abitur 2. are able to speak, read and write German 3. hold a JAR-ATPL 4. are able to pass at least ICAO level 4 English 5. are able to pass the DLR-Test 5. are able to pass the LH Firmenqualifikation (Sim, etc.) EVERY pilot wishing to join ANY LH subsidiary as a Direct Entry has to fulfill all of the above, so nobody can complain about unfair treatment (we are an equal opportunity employer). Funny though, how all the people "outside" LH know so much more about this matter than us "inside" LH. it's also really strange that you doesn't know that one of the first question lh italia has received is: " is the german language knowledge required?" and the best answer is an email(not the one i forwarded to you) written in italian and saying that lh italia will be(when the aoc will be received) an italian company where german language knowledge is not required i have much more insider friends in DLH than ever you could imagine,i perfectly know that they are recruiting now from inside LH,people speaking ITALIAN especially for flight attendant position. these screenings have been started during january and are still going through screening for italian personnel won't be started before the end of the summer all the people "outside" bye afd |

even if you repeat this 10 times or 100 times, it will not change the situation. Why do you think they are not hireing pilots now? Because of the contract with the union. LH coloured aircrafts (>70 seats) with LH pilots only. So until they dont find an agreement with the union, which is quite unlikly due 200 pilots surplus in LH, they will not be able to hire pilots for LHITA. About your email, it actually means nothing. I have received an email like this a few month ago to do the start up of LHITA and as you see, it didnt happen like this. |

I know that they're waiting for the italian AOC,in order to hire pilots from outside,and at the moment they don't have AOC,and they're not sure to obtain it 'cause it depends from italian ENAC as you know very well,so it depends from an outside factor non controllable by LH. it didnt happen like this. in the email is clearly written during the year,and this year is long not less then the others one,so we are still in the first part we'll wait and see |
It does not depend on the italian AOC, it depends on an agreement with the LH union. LHITA, with italian AOC can not hire pilots for LH coloured A320 as long as there is not any agreement with the union. At the moment I doubt that this will happen soon. I dont say it wont.
About "your email" it is clear that LH/LHITA wants to hire personal from outside, that does not mean that they will be able to do it, labour law it quite strict in germany and for german companies. |
labour law it quite strict in germany does german law applies to ITALIAN company,as for example air dolomiti? an italian company fully (100%) owned by LH german companies meybe you don't know it but at the moment an italian society has not been established yes by the LH management,because at the time being is almost useless,this passage is required to obtain an italian AOC,which could be required by an italian company ONLY the italian society foundation is expected to be not before next summer the aicraft colour is another story and i can agree with you,and that depends by the agreement between unions and lh,but you'd better not confuse the actual LH ITA with the future LH ITA,infact as i say again,NOW IT'S GERMAN and so german labour law does apply,but as soon as the LH will fund an italian society(required passage to obtain the AOC) it won't be GERMAN anymore,but fully ITALIAN so you'd better understand this,because you are always talking about this new company as a german one as you know on march 27th will be shown the lh ita program for the future now it's german in the future we'll see,enac could release an aoc or not,the future is unclear for everybody p.s. italian registration mark are already known I-LHKA I-LHKB I-LHKC etc by the way aicraft colour,unions,and agreement with the management is another story and maybe lh could accept that only german pilots would fly lh ita aircraft we'll wait and see |

So we agree, LHITA is/will be an italian company, no doubt, but its future depends on the agreement with the LH unions. I am only talking about pilots, not about CAs, thats an other story. Credi mi, io ero quasi selezionato per fare il start up di LHITA con EN, e io aspetto ogni giorno la desicione della LH/LHITA per prendere commandanti e piloti da fuori, ma con pui di 200 piloti in esubero in LH al momento ho pocco sperenza di questo.
