Se poteste consigliarmi un TRTO in Europa o ancora magli in Italia dove poter effettuare tale corso. In attesa di vostri suggerimenti vi ringrazio :D

Ti consiglio la Sabena flight academy, gente veramente all'altezza in tutti i sensi.

My advice is...DO NOT DO IT. Get a FI rating (if U feel you can teach...), pack your bag and...get out there! No point in doing a SSTR without a WRITTEN deal with a job laid out at the end. Time and market are just right, do yourself a favour...!
And don't say you haven't been warned...:E PZ (No-SSTR extremist) :ok: |
do a fovour to yourself
dear Papazulu,
YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO FOR FREE. |
Yop...!
Well...if truth must be told...NOT FOR FREE, but for reasonable conditions, aka as TRAINING BOND. A rare sight these days but not totally extinct, though!
Pls, pls, pls...get a FI rating, fly Skydive OPS, tug banners but do not fork you cash for a SSTR! A friend of mine went to a job interview (Company asks YOU to pay the rating BUT helps with the bank and pays it back in XXX yrs...) and the selector asked him what he was flying then. Answer: "...not flying, sir". Selector: "NOT FLYING?,WHY? Answer: "Well...wanna be a jet-driver,sir!" Selector: "C'mon! Get your ass out of here and get a FI rating, do something. We don't hire kids that wait for shinning heavies, we hire folks that have be doing ANYTHING in order to keep flying! Here is not a TR-shop!" This guy is my hero... Hope you got the picture PZ :ok: |

Salve,

parlando in Italia
Type
Secondo me dovrebbe essere cosi:
4-Resti in compagnia 4-5 anni. Ciao. |
Good post Nick! :ok:
Ti quoto totalmente :ok: |
....It depends on....
I have appreciated your advice but in my case I don't need experience. At present time I have flown 2500Fh of ME aircraft and I have sent thousands of Cv to Italian Company Airlines and abroad but I haven't receveid answers yet. I am 35 and for this reasons I am taking into consideration the type rating course. :ugh:

"DO NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO FOR FREE." where? please, post the name of that airline (remember, Easyjet has closed the selection program through CTC and Ryan is now asking for an MCC/selection totally self sponsored). papazulu, your advice is "get a FI rating"... a friend of mine did it a couple of years ago, then he went to an airline and the selector asked him what he was flying. Answer: "I'm a Flying Instructor on SEP a/c, sir" SELECTOR: "flying with SEP? and have you got hours on heavy a/c or jet?" answer: "I've got 60 hours on MEP" SELECTOR: "sorry but we're only searching for type rated pilots better if with some jet time or with EFIS time". The plain truth is that unfortunately the airlines prefers hiring rated pilot, and much better if with some line experience... so, why get a flying instructor rating if the majority of the airlines won't consider SEP time then. Airlines are in the market to make profit so, they will hire the one that will be the cheapest for them... My idea is: years ago were born LOW COST AIRLINES FOR THE PEOPLE now there's a new species: LOW COST PILOT FOR THE AIRLINE Steeve |

Are U still sitting there and read this "crap"...:E ? Sorry for being frank...again! Wish U good luck PZ :ok: |
Have you done any search, called someone, went to talk to anyone, so far? I think U are a bit lazy, sir... Another good one was near Verona: "they asked to pay to fly (they call it: line tranining) and at the end, no job though" what? I'm not a passenger anymore! I hope to have only been unlucky, and in the wrong places at the wrong moment! but certainly I'll never give up and I'll try again Find out yourself, do not ask JH or anyone else to help. Steeve |
Type Rating 737 .... Consigli......!!
Grazie mille. |
SABENA 30400€ compreso base training.
