Finmeccanica-AgustaWestland confirms the loss of one prototype AW609 tiltrotor and the tragic loss
of two pilots. The Company’s deepest sympathies are with the families.

La mia commozione profonda va ai congiunti dei comandanti Pietro Venanzi ed Herbert Moran.
Caro Pietro, si intrecciano forti i ricordi ora, e spero che prima o poi mi lascerai ricongiungere sulla tua ala, ora che anche tu sei nella grande formazione che non lascerà mai le nuvole.

Forse non tutti sanno che "Superstitione" viene dal nome di una dea romana.
Proteggeva e consolava quei miseri genitori cui il Fato aveva destinato l'amara sorte di 'sopravvivere' ai propri figli.
