Io introdurrei nel nostro ordinamento il reato di omessa reazione difensiva.

Il problema semmai e' come questo soggetto abbia potuto operare per anni nel panorama aeronautico italiano.
In passato qualcuno ha scritto dei post illuminanti in proposito ma che purtroppo sono stati cancellati.

This is an Iranian citizenship.
I had a deal with company called "Italiana Elicotteri" in 2012.
Owner of that company is Andrea Pardi that he is a fraudulent.
He is owner of Società Italiana Elicotteri now.
He cheated me a lot of money through his agent named " Mostafa Shabazi". ( Iranian-Italian Citizen)
They did a lot of illegal business and money laundering. ( I have full documents ).
They cheated many Iranian companies past years.
If you are interested, I can provide more information about their fake organization.
Highly recommended that nobody do business with them.
