Ragazzi e ragazzuole,

Transavia apre qualche posizione, mi han scritto ieri.
Ho paura che il dutch sia mandatory ma tentar non nuoce quindi dategli sotto e alla peggio fate un crash course di olandese (non nei coffee shops).

They only take on guys from three specific flight schools, which have "preferred supplier" status. It's actually one of the minimum requirements stated on their website. No chance if you did your flight training elsewhere..

i think that giving a try is not too demanding and completely free...

Agree?

Btw, when i was flying in Belgium I met many pilots from Transavia, none of them coming from their "preferred" FTO's. Different backgrounds, ages and so on.

Fantastico come si scomodino dall'estero per dirci che il recruitment č "chiuso" a pochi eletti...

Non stupirtene. Ho chiesto poco tempo fa della situazione lavorativa in Olanda e possibili tendenze future e mi hanno fatto notare che con tutti i locali a terra non era aria. Poi si scopre che Transavia ne ha presi 50 negli ultimi mesi e la lista dei cadetti KLS da 230 si č ridotta a 70...

Non e' che pero' Schengen deve essere a senso unico...
Abbiam voluto abbattere le frontiere? Quindi se uno ha i requisiti applica e se passa va...in Transavia o altrove.
Sicuramente vorranno il dutch fluent, per proteggere i loro.
Quanti stranieri volano da noi? Pure in AZ? Gli č stato mai chiesto di parlare italiano fluently?

Dal numero di olandesi piloti che popolano le lande europee, contando quanti abitanti in tutto fa il paese, andare in aviazione per loro deve essere come per noi iscriversi all'universitā umanistica

You're absolutely right. In fact I've misread the minimum requirements.. The "prefered supplier" thing only applies to cadets. Candidates with 100hrs multi engine within europe or 300 hrs multi engine outside europe also qualify.

Quando sarai pronto tu chissā come daranno messe le cose, pensa prima alle licenze poi a dove potere provarci. Oggi le cose cambiano molto rapidamente...

Ecco quindi x adesso pensa alle cose serie invece di porti domande inutili al momento.
E' assolutamente chiaro che se hai i requisiti puoi partecipare e se parli olandese e' ancora meglio.
Hai bisogno di conferme dal forum per arrivarci?
