(VietJetAir, HCMc, 19th Jan 2014) The career fair “Everyone can be Pilot”, organized by VietJetAir, has attracted more than 250 candidates who are students and trainees from different universities and institutions including Science and Technology University, RMIT, aviation academy, and candidates from other partner organizations of VietJetAir. The fair and training programs are jointly organized by VietJetAir, Airbus, and Pilot Training Institution based in the States. After the training programs, successful candidates are expected to become VietJetAir’s new and talented pilots, and as a result, it provides more air travel opportunities for Vietnamese and international travelers.
This is the first time ever for youth having a love of flying to take opportunities and make their dreams come true. The uncomplicated selection criteria have made it easier. Eligible candidates need to have good English skills; good health; no need to hold Bachelor degrees etc. At the fair, candidates have chance to talk directly to employer and seek advice from VietJetAir’s current flight crew. Representatives from Airbus and Pilot Training Institution Ahart also shared more information about the training programs and pilot career at the fair.
Ahart is among the six largest Pilot Training Institutions based in the States. This institution offers Cadet Training Program and it meets the requirements of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). Ahart provides highly efficient training programs for trainees from all over the world e.g. from European countries, China, Egypt, India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam. After the training program, successful trainees are certificated with Commercial Pilot License (CPL) which is acknowledged worldwide.
The successful trainees just need to take transition program which focusing on specific aircraft type before becoming a pilot. Trainees complete the transition program will be licensed to fly A320, the popularly operated aircraft type by VietJetAir and other airlines in the world. The transition program is jointly organized by VietJetAir and Airbus Corporation. Airbus is the world leading aircraft manufacturer and has recently taken the order of 100 aircrafts from VietJetAir.
Working as pilot is the most rewarding career job since it offers world standard working environment and high incomes. In the globalization trend today, if you are qualified and have pilot licenses, you can work for any airlines in the world. The training period is rather reasonable: only after 12 months, excellent trainees can work as first pilot officer with an attractive income package which is equivalent to income of many corporate directors. Through this career fair, apart from fulfilling demand of operational expansion, VietJetAir would like to take a role in contributing the general development of aviation industry in Vietnam and empowering human resources for new and talented pilots for the country” Mr. Luong The Phuc - VietJetAir’s Vice President shared at the career fair:
Currently, VietJetAir is recruiting candidates for: (i) Cadet Pilot Program: for those who like being pilot as career, applicants only need high school diploma. Applicants must pass physical examination organized by the Medical Evaluation Committee for Pilot Physical and achieve at least a 550 TOEIC score upwards. Eligible candidates have opportunities to be sent abroad for training; (ii) A320 Transition Program: for those who already passed basic training (aged from 18 to 32) and achieved certificates like CPL, ATP, IR, MCC, JET FAM; and (iii) Experienced Pilot: those pilots already have flying experience and would like to joint current flight crew at VietJetAir.
The career fair “Everyone can be Pilot” offers a transparent recruiting policy for competent candidates to have opportunities to take training courses abroad, work in professional and multinational working environment with high incomes at VietJetAir.

poi giŕ il titolo “Everyone can be Pilot” dice tutto su dove andremo a finire...
