off Topic: un mio amico Belga, type rated sul 73 e 0 ore è arrivato ieri a KHI dove mi ha detto che andrà ad un open day il 7 Nov. per la Shaheen ,una compagnia Pakistana in grande espansione( A320/330 e B737).
Senza avere la ben che minima idea di essere accettato o no al Open day..
PS. e voi vi fate mille problemi x una passeggiata a BBU, a pochi passi e pochi soldi di aereo per una occasione che potrebbe svoltare come la vostra unica opportunità di arrivare in Cockpit senza pagare un Euro x i vari LT..???
, Scusate forse sono io che la penso in maniera differente dalla vostra!
Anche se fosse poi.....leggete tra le virgole pero poi dimenticate di leggere la cosa piu importante perche forse vi fa comodo cosi!

Si é un problema un poco complicato da gestire. E per cortesia non venite fuori con la solita idea: sposatevi una rumena! Tra americane, cinesi , africane e australiane si rischia di essere messi dentro per bigamia. Ma quello sarebbe la cosa piú dolce, perché dopo 10 anni chi se le sopporta tutte queste streghe!

Non pensare non abbia letto ogni minimo particolare.
Certo è anche giusto ciò che annerisci, pero è anche vero che molte volte gente ha provato ed è riuscita laddove non si soddisfaceva in pieno uno dei requisiti!
Poi io parto da un presupposto..certo un mio pensiero, poi rafforzato altresì dalle ultime righe che ho riportato nel mio post precedente, specificato dalla Wizz riguardo il non soddisfacimento dei pieni requisiti,...che il passaporto Rumeno non vuol dire nulla, essendo la Romania una nazione UE oramai...invece diverso, fosse stato richiesto la conoscenza buona della lingua Rumena!
Comunque come ho riportato nel post internazionale, se non si prova non saprai mai come andrà a finire! dico bene?
Ps. quello che so è che a OTP o BBU, in generale in Romania, hanno bisogno di equipaggi e trovano difficoltò a incontrare piloti che vogliano operare da Bucharest.
Detto ciò presumo "pensino" sia piu facile per un rumeno, visto che è casa sua punto primo, e punto secondo non meno importante, persone piu facile da gestire all' accettazione del contratto che non penso sia uno dei migliori rispetto ad altre basi!
Ma sono solo mie supposizioni visto che non conosco bene l'ambiente interno o meglio le condizioni contrattuali delle varie basi.

Ciao Raga,
parlando qui in Francia con un collega marchiato ENAC (scuola di stato francese) le humans resouces di WizzAir non hanno intenzione di prenderein considerazione i 'low hours pilots' fino almeno il prossimo autunno, quindi il loro programma cadet non é effettivamente molto chiaro. Io credo che tentare non nuoce, delle volte il cv cade nelle mani della buona persona al momento giusto.

Beh se preferiscono i cadet é proprio quello che cerchiamo, come dicono gli inglesi.. wait and see..
Non ricordo bene i loro ordini, soprattuto le relative cadenze fisse di consegna, ma se non mi sbaglio siamo ancora ad un anno anche due dal loro picco di arrivi. Qualcuno ne sa di piu?

In Wizz come in altre compagnie c'e' un tetto al n. di cadet che si possono assumere ed impiegare, per svariate ragioni che non sto qui ad elencare ma che possono essere facilmente intese.
Riprenderanno a chiamare cadet da inizio anno probabilmente, ovviamente ogni tanto ci sono delle eccezioni.

Ragazzi io ho applicato da qualche giorno, confermate che non rispondono subito? Tra i requisiti per i cadet chiedono 200 ore di volo, esclusi SIM, requisito che non soddisfo, avendone 191, più 46 di SIM. Speriamo bene lo stesso
