Just a thought as we don't all speak italian (even though most of us wish we could, what a lovely language). Wouldn't it be better if you communicated in english so the rest of us could understand what topics are being discussed in the Alitalia Forum.

It's in Italian because this is the Italian Forum.
It's quite weird that you come here in the Italian Forum feeling entitled to ask Italians to speak your language because you don't understand it. What if someone had done the same in an English speaking Forum? Make an effort pal, and learn a language or two as we all did, it won't kill you.
Option two, feel free to open a thread about Alitalia in an English speaking Forum.
