They do wetlease and ACMI flights all around europe, in the case of smartlynx Italia they operate for an italian touroperator with 1 A320 from MXP.
If you work for them you could be based in MXP, but you could also be based in CDG or PRG or whatever, you could even be based in CDG and the next month in PRG.
I dont think they are hireing pilots at the moment. "DOV" for italia is an ex PE/VA CPT.

Il loro 320 di base a MXP e' YL-LCD, li ho sentiti ieri notte tornare da BCN con un charter di tifosi interisti di ritorno a casa. Chi faceva la radio aveva un accento nordeuropeo, forse proprio baltico. Il loro codice ICAO e' ART.
