OpenSky Cargo presents an interest for the purchase of Alitalia Cargo
OpenSky Cargo, a company belonging to the former Ocean Airlines CEO Rossano De Luca, has presented today an official interest for the purchase of Alitalia Cargo to the Extraordinary Administrator for Alitalia, Mr Augusto Fantozzi.
OpenSky Cargo will be supported by a leading Italian financial investor and an important freighter operator. The financial advisor of the operation is Parsec Finance of Milan.
The business plan will allow to recover the current distressed situation of Alitalia Cargo and develop a strong cargo hub in Milan Malpensa airport.

perche mai? io ho il piacere di conoscerlo persoalmente, e a me risulta che le società da lui gestite nel passato abbiano sempre avuto successo, e che ocean l'abbia presa in corsa quando ormai le cose erano messe male. Peraltro, da feedbacks interni, mi viene detto che appena entrato ha fatto repulisti della gentaglia che c'era prima. Miracoli, purtroppo, è difficile che avvengano, ma io evito sempre di parlare in maniera generica e per "sentito dire". Mi sapete dire, nel dettaglio cosa avrebbe fatto di male, oltre a cercare di salvare l'azienda?
