scusa mad ma non ho capito il "perchè interpreti". Non mi pare che fiftypercent abbia "interpretato", ti ha fatto solo una domanda alla quale hai risposto e con la quale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'Italia (ma anche l'Alitalia....) concordo in pieno!!

il mio sogno è sempre stato quello di entrare in una compagnia di bandiera di grande prestigio..
Ops....mi era sfuggito il particolare. La compagnia di bandiera degli Emirati e' Etihad e non Emirates!

AP.FO per quello che ti posso dire come testimone della vita qui a dubai.....si sta benissimo. Naturalmente molte persone pensano che essendo un paese arabo le restrizioni sono molte....non credo proprio!! Non dico che siamo in Europa ma e' sicuramente una citta' occidentalizzata.
La emirates in confronto alla Etihad ha in programma di diventare la compagnis piu' grande al mondo.....gli ordini ufficiallizati di 777 sono di 53 nuovi di qui 40 nei prossimi 2 anni.
La Etihad sta crescendo adesso e da quello che un amico mi dici hanno problemi di struttura....come ogni nuova compagnia...ma hanno tanti soldi.
Ho molti amici piloti qui e devo dire che non li ho mai sentiti lamentarsi....e noi italiani siamo parecchio lamentini per ogni piccola cosa!!!...
per quel che riguarda l'upgrade.....so che c'e' un regolamento della emirates che prevede almeno 3 anni in compagnia...ma si parla di togliere la regola anche dovuto al fast growing della compagnia.
Una cosa te la posso dire....se non provi non lo sai!!

I veri soldi si fanno volando in Africa, in posti come Congo, Somalia etc, per compagnie aeree non locali.
Magari non volerete su b777 ma su vecchi aerei come antonov o piccoli come caravan o beechcraft, ma leggendo qua e la sul forum ho visto gli stipendi dei piloti italiani e mi sono venuti i brividi.
Mi stupisce vedere che ci sono ancora italiani in Italia...

I piloti con cui lavoro mi dicono che volare in Africa ha dato loro piu soddisfazioni che lavorare nella propria nazione (Russia, Bangladesh), non solo riguardo allo stipendio.. Loro sono soddisfatti e felici.

signori parlate con gente che in posti tipo middle east e africa (non che abbiano nulla a che vedere uno con l altro!) c è stato tanto tempo!
L equazione è semplice: in quei posti ci sia andava prima perche non c era lavoro in Europa. Ora lavoro in Europa ce n è parecchio, quindi in quei posti non ci si va piu!

soddisfazione e felicita' sono concetti molto soggettivi, come anche lo stipendio se analizzato in termini meramente numerici.
In un paese come la Somalia o il Congo con 5000 euro al mese ci fai ben poco anche perche' c'e' molto poco, d'altro canto con 3000 euro in una citta' come per esempio Praga o Budapest o Cracovia ti puoi godere una vita di agi,benessere e cultura.
Il fatto che poi un pilota Russo o del Bangladesh si trovi meglio in Somalia piuttosto che nei proprio paese non significa che la cosa debba valere per un pilota europeo, americano o australiano.

Pensioni all'estero

Qualche tempo fà SNAM ha fatto una domanda molto interessante sulla pensione in EK ma nessuno ha ancora scrritto nulla. La risposta potrebbe aprire orizzonti a gente ancora in dubbio se fare il grande passo.
Qui in italia siamo abituati molto bene dalle nostre protezioni sociali: congedi parentali,solo turni giornalieri per i neo papà/mamme, congedi matrimoniali, legge 223, part time, pensione (anche se conosciamo la situazione italiana).ecc ecc
All'estero tutto questo non sempre esiste.
Nella valutazione se andare all'estero oppure no, devono entrare in considerazione anche questi parametri, non solo soldi,aerei,turni ...
La pensione è forse l'aspetto più importante.
Ripropongo quindi la domanda di Snam:
ho sentito che il sistema pensionitico in EK e' piuttosto buono, come funziona?
Aggiungere:e se si passa da una compagnia all'altra(EK,EY,QR) è possibile continuare a versare nello stesso fondo oppure devi lavorare sino a 65 anni nella stessa compagnia ?

CAPTAIN SALARY:
