I have a wedding invite to reply to for a gathering in Tuscany in the summer.

How do you say and spell "See you there!" in Italian?

..It depends if is one of your friends or if you wanna be polite, anyway I would say 'ci vediamo lì', about the spelling I'm afraid but it's a bit complicated explain the exact pronunces via a keyboard..
Hope I helped you and 'see you there'

you may simply say "a presto". that's more formal than "ci vediamo lì" which is mostly use in spoken unformal language
