Il problema e' che ufficialmente non pagano per lavorare, ma bensi' per un addestramento (il type rating).
Vai a spiegarglielo, questo piccolo particolare, a Bruxelles...

non so di cosa tu stia parlando.

Evidentemente chi ha postato il messaggio si riferiva allo scheme di Eaglejet oppure Stormaviation, dove ti chiedono soldi per volare come copilot su voli di linea in compagnie low cost.

E' ovvio che una low cost come Skyeurope oppure Wizzair preferisce prendere un pilota che viene da una "agenzia", che paga per volare, inceve di venire legittimamente pagato per il lavoro che svolge.

Il problema fondamentale è che la strada da seguire per i nuovi piloti non è uguale per tutti, per esempio io posso trovare lavoro in una compagnia senza pagare per le ore, mentre un collega che ha meno fortuna o conoscenze, deve ricorrere a Eaglejet per acculumare l'esperienza richiesta per poter essere sul mercato, così investendo una quantità spropositata di denaro.

Concordo pienamente che sia sbagliato pagare per volare, anche se si tratta di line training.

Dear all, I have a unique and simply point of view :
I DO NOT PAY TO WORK
and the only way to avoid it is to refuse it, always, in any form should be requested.

Many months ago I had a long discussion on this forum about the matter; well, I am tired to fight when the colleagues DO NOT WANT to listen and believe the pilots already working want exclusively maintain proper supposed privileges.

I have a pilot job, now it's other guys problem !

IF they are not strong enought to fight... I'm sorry, again their problem.

When my company salary should become insufficent I will ricicle myself somewhere.

Scusami N2334M, mi ero dimenticato il tuo riferimento.
Sto parlando del fatto che generalmente le compagnie chiedono di pagare per ricevere type rating e line training, di fatto quindi viene richiesto ufficilamente di pagare un addestramento senza nessuna garanzia certa di futura assunzione. Per questo e' MOLTO difficile, direi improbabile, dimostrare in qualsiasi sede giudiziaria che si paga per lavorare, come riferito nel topic.
