Progressione delle FTL

Recenti voci mi dicono che alcune compagnie hanno fatto ricorso contro le FTL emesse da Enac.
Qualcuno conosce dettagli in merito ?

Mi risulta che le associazioni professionali abbiano fatto ricorso contro un'interpretazione tutta italiana delle linee guida europee.
Si vede che il legislatore non conosce bene l'inglese.....
