Any one here knows about the tests for 1:st officer with Tyrolean? What are the working conditions like? Salary? Days off etc... Going there for the tests in July.

Why do you ask this in the italian forum? Tyrolean is austrian. Salary is quite good for an regional carrier in Europe, its a good start flying in the alps with turboprop.
