Lauda Europe
Hey,
Anyone has information about the interview process for Lauda? Is it the same as for ryan? |
Hey,
I'm going to the assessment for Lauda on the 15th September. I suppose it's similar to the Ryanair one, as it should also include HR interview, Technical interview and the SIM assessment. |

What are you going to do on the 15th? HR interview only? When did you apply? I applied the 12th but no response :(

Not really. I prepared for the Online with pilot test dot com, and some atpl refresher reading. For the next interview i am preparing from the ACE techincal book and with some sim sesssion. But i really do not know what to expect from this second one.
Since you are going as well, do you have any idea if the required references should be by an official person, or can my long time friend just write me one :D, since it states that one of the two can be from a person that has known me for more than 5 years? Also, what sim session did you book? Do you know perhaps if the one in UPilot center (located right next to Ryanair HQ ) is worth it? I've been hearing that they prep you with the session that looks exactly like the real assessment, regarding the required procedures, briefings, chart readings and reactions to emergencies (PIOSEE/NITS/FORDEC and so on).. |
Guys,
Can I ask you what are your profiles please ? Applied too, but no answer so far. Thank you |
A short HR+Technical Interview. Very basic technical questions. Read especially Predictive and Reactive Windshear before the interview. Sim also very basic, takeoff - failure- decide to return - go around - eng fail on go around, secure and back to land. Wait 10 days for the response if you passed. If they decide not to hire you, they will never even inform you.

Thanks for the feedback. Are you TR or Cadet level? |

Pilot Assessment is a great place to prep for the actual interview as well, it offers HR interview question, technical questions (around 300) and also some other helpful tips and previous feedback from the assessments..

The reference can be a friend who knows you for more than 5 years yes. Just ask him/her to write something about you. I do not know anything about the sim preparations, i heard good things about them so yes i guess they prepare you well. Other than the pilotassesment.com do you prepare somehow, or is that enough? |

Do you perhaps wanna exchange contacts so we can keep in touch before the assessment?
|
On which type of aircraft is the sim test done? A320, B737 or any other MEP sim?

Abra4 & LRC172 any chance to get an update of the process after your assessments?🙏 it’s not clear if one should expect 737 questions or 320. Thanks a lot and good luck to both🤞🍀
