Hey

Yeah I was there. You heard anything yet? I'm guessing they'll have been responding to people on the Tuesday and Wednesday first...

Time to access Stage 2

Hi everyone,

I’m French and I applied today online for the MPL EasyJet with CAE.

I just received an email with « Your application has been received! ».

How many days (approximately) CAE take to give us a date to pass the Stage 2?

Thank you very much!

Skysurfer1 4th Feb 2020 12:36

Ive been in the hold pool since July 2019. I have just received a message from EasyJet that the hiring requirements have been filled for 2020 and I'm in the pool until October 2020 .

I turned down their first base option, biggest mistake ever. Live and Learn I guess!!

Have you finished training?

Are you in the hold pool as a qualified pilot, waiting to be sent to a base ? Or do you mean you turned down the training base they wanted to send you to ?

I was considering ringing them too. Let us know the outcome if you decide to give them a buzz tomorrow

Hi,

I was there on the Wednesday. I haven't heard as of yet, and I don't believe anyone else from our day.
Fingers crossed tommorow!:)

However, if you do call it would be great to hear what they say!

I’m in the same situation as you are. I spoke to someone at CAE and was told that the requirements are only higher for the ball game, FAST and Fixed Wing assessments. I.e. it was one of those 3 that let me down.

The rest of the assessment is the exact same.

Interesting. I've been hammering the Maths and physics for the last month as I wasn't 100% on a few of the questions(and the FAST) and I thought I'd dropped marks all over the shop.
I'm going to enquire tomorrow. Thanks very much.

Might fire up DCS and try to make my own 'mission' with random elements.

Did anyone here do their stage 3 ate Gatwick on the 28th? I'd so have you got your results back yet?

Just called CAE, they said they are waiting to hear back from EJ, as they have heard nothing yet. They've tried to chase, but most likely EJ will get back to them next week, and subsequently back to us late next week or week after.
Nothing to do but sit and wait!

Jen101 6th Feb 2020 10:17

I completed stage 3 last Thursday and was told I would hear back at the start of this week. I called up CAE oxford yesterday and they said the lady who is dealing with the intake was not in yesterday and was back today. However she also mentioned that they usually take between 7-10 days to get back to us, so if I don’t hear by then I can call back.

Follow Up

Has anyone waiting to hear from stage 3 outcome decided to chase ?

thinking of giving them a call this afternoon.

am59fly 6th Feb 2020 13:16

Hi all,

For those waiting to hear back about stage 3, I have sent an email to Roisin and Rosie at CAE asking for an update.

If I hear back, I will let you all know 🤞🏻

am59fly 6th Feb 2020 13:49

Ok, just heard back from CAE as below. Sorry to disappoint!

I have spoken with the Assessment team and they have not heard from easyJet yet. We are hoping to receive results early next week.
As soon as we have heard back from easyJet we will contact all candidates.

Apologies this is later than expected.

am59fly 6th Feb 2020 15:55

Just had an unsuccessful email from CAE.

No feedback offered, but I’ve replied to ask where I went wrong.

hopefully you will all hear soon !
