I've got my Stage 3 for EasyJet MPL on the 28th, has anyone done this before? If they have any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated :)

Yes. I did mines on 7th and received my good news today. Just follow what I said in the post before yours and you should be fine. They are really nice people and they make sure you are not nervous at any time.

They have some new simulators worth about 7million. If you are lucky, someone might be able to show you.

Good luck.

Thank you. They gave me an initial option of 9th march and 13th april I think. But other guys who did their interview with me have been able to choose a later date.

Ok, so upon request, I received an email today with about 8 different starting dates which I can choose from. So in that way, they are really flexible with you.

They ask you to bring your CV with you but no one asked to look at my CV on the day. Now you should definitely take your CV with you but might not be asked for it.
I don't feel really confortable sharing my CV here, but what I would say is I have a few different CVs for different job roles. The one that I prepared for easyJet has alot of stuff about me being involved in group projects and tasks that required me to go out of my comfort zone such as summer schools to a different country. It is very recomended to do a part time job as other people who came for interview on same day as me and didn't pass said that they couldn't say much when asked about past experiences. You have to try to answer every question with an experience from the past. So work experience is very important in CV. I have been working in tesco, which helps because it involved customer service and working flexible in a team, both easyJet needs in you.

Hope that helps. Sorry i wrote alot.

Hi quick question :- I assume the booking process for Stage 3 is different than the ‘BookingBug’ website we used to book stage 2? As I can’t see any stage 3 dates on that.

Thanks

Stage 3 Day

Just use the handbook that they sent you. If you prepare yourself well according to that handbook then you are in safe hands. I did extra research on the internet but everything that they asked was from what they said in the handbook. Can't say the exact questions, sorry, was told not to. In the handbook, they ask for Cooperation, Leadership, Situational awareness and Decision making and same in the interview. And then ofcourse, learn about the company, as much as you can.
Hope that helps.
Good luck

Hi!

Congratulations on getting through stage 3, thats incredible!
I appreciate you've beein inundated with questions already!!
But I'm due to do my stage 3 end of January and I just wondered if you could lt me know one or two things about how long the interview is, who interviews and what order the sections (group and personal) come in. Also whats the average age would you have said for the other applicants, as I'm pretty young!

Thanks so much. And well done again!!
James

There were total of 10 people on my interview day. I am 22 and the others were pretty much same age as me with one person being 30 years old. 1 hr group interview and then 1hr personal interview. But that one hour went like 5 mins. You will be interviewed by easyJet HR personnel. You will be briefed about everything before starting and given a chance to ask any questions. They are really nice people and want you to succeed so no need to panic.
Good luck.

Thank you very much, that's just brilliant!

I'll report back!

For the stage 3, was it a group interview or a group excercise/task?

JamesS1 25th Jan 2020 18:13

I presume the day finished before lunch for you, or will we need to bring it with us?

Thanks
James

So anyone having another go at STAGE2 for the MPL?
I passed last time* buy I think my FAST score let me down. Some disconnect between mentally between watching a video and actually controlling something.
Is there anyway to practise something like it online?

*for the ATPL Easyjet course.

I’m in the same situation as you are. I spoke to someone at CAE and was told that the requirements are only higher for the ball game, FAST and Fixed Wing assessments. I.e. it was one of those 3 that let me down.

The rest of the assessment is the exact same.

Hi everyone,
I have recently been invited for my stage 2 assessment. It is on the second week of February. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how I should prepare for it. Things like what I should do and best way to be fully prepared for it. Also, I am unsure on getting the Maths and Physics test bundle as I have Skytest, so I would really appreciate if someone would help me out on that. I really don't know what to expect as I haven't received any email with help. So, if anyone could brief me on what the day consists of I would really appreciate it.

Contact CAE - I didn't receive the Stage 2 assessment info pack at first, and when i still hadn't 2 weeks after selecting a date i rang them, received it within the hour. They believed it had been sent out, so perhaps the system was playing up. Either way, if you don't contact them about it, they wont know you haven't had it.

There are contact details on the assessment invite email.

Thank you and I have done. Also, can you tell me how your experience was and give me some advice. Also do you recommend me getting the bundle or the one I use on Skytest is fine?
