Has anyone been invited to stage 3 of the recruitment from February?

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application for the WAPA program 2 days ago. I have just been on my application profil and can see “you have not been selected”, does this mean that I have been rejected or that they have not yet seen my application?
If I have not been accepted, could anyone inform me on what they base their selection process on? As I have no clue why I have not been selected.

I’m 17 and I’m still finishing high school here in Poland. My question is, has anyone here joined the program right after they graduated high school? Since this program is intensive I guess it’s either this or college or college and this after.

Hi! I have been invited to the WAPA assessment day in Budapest at the end of this month. Anyone else heading to the same one?

Also, if there's anyone on here who has participated in the group assessment and individual interview, any advice on what to expect would be greatly appreciated :)

What date is your assessment on?

On which day did you pass stage 2 . I passed on 15 of january and I still have not any information.

I heard back around a week ago. Have you checked your account on the Wizz Air careers page? You should be able to book onto an assessment day on there.

Anyone aware of what the psychological assessment consists of?

Hi, Is employment guaranteed upon finishing the WAPA course? As in, are you put on a bond throughout the training?
