Hi everyone,
I am due to have my WAPA Day 1 assessment with Egnatia Aviation in Budapest in a month's time. In terms of COMPASS prep, I have narrowed it down to the following three prep software providers: PAT (PilotAptitudeTest which claims to tailor to the Egnatia aviation screening method), LPJ, and Skytest. Has anyone tried the PilotAptitudeTest software and would you be willing to share your thoughts on its merits? Thanks a lot. |
Hi guys,
how long has it taken to hear back from them after you sent your applications? I applied 4 weeks ago and still no answer... |
For me it was 2 or 3 days.

Hi guys,
1 )Wondering if anyone tried the PAT (PilotAptritudeTest) preparation software? Is it compatible with rudder controls peripherals? Thanks in advance. 2) Any Bulgarians having applied to the WAPA who might want to get in touch? Tail wind to all |
Hello!
Did anyone here already passed all 3 days? What could be expected on the 3-rd day screening? |
Hi guys,

Actually they never considered. They only consider candidates from eaastern Europe and preferably countries where they have bases.
|
They do consider people from outside eastern europe, but they are quite picky. They have had a problem in the past with western pilots just coming to get their 1500 hrs and then moving back to the west, so they want people who won't just leave after their bond is up in 5 years :/

Wapa program for foreigners
I am from a non EU country (Nepal). Is it possible for me to enroll in the WAPA program if I get a EU study visa.?
|
I'm not 100% sure but they need you to have either EU citizenship or to be a citizen of non EU country that they have base at.

Morning guys,
I applied few days ago for the Wizz Air Pilot Acadamy. How much time before they reply? Do they send replies both for yes/no to the assessment day? Thank you |
As far as I know - they do not send replies that you were not taken into account. Some get these right away while other after longer period of time. So take it as 'waitlist'. I got mine about 3 days after I applied.
|
Hi guys,
has anyone from western Europe been called recently ? From what they tell on their website, they are no longer "screening" people between western and eastern countries. Thanks ! :) |

Thanks ! :) Well, maybe they officially do not screen..but...you know. I have this chance (wizz air sponsorship) and another one (waiting for a student loan bank response to enroll @ brics aviation in poland, upfront of 48k €). Otherwise I can surely put this dream to sleep. |
