Navigation aid to cross NATS
 
Hey guys can anybody help me with this question please !!

what navigation aid is necessary for aircraft to be able to fly NATs (north atlantic)

Have a look at the JAR OPS 1.865/870 and the ICAO Doc 7030. You might find what you need in there! G...gle should be your friend in this case.

(answer is, a set of IRS's with at least RNP-10 capability, I think. But I'm not sure).

IRS IS NOT a navigation AID but is an aircraft's equipment. A GPS would be a navigation AID to cross the Atlantique....

Two, independent GNSS (GPS), RNP 10 or better, receivers in addition to all the ground based nav instruments usually required. I'm pretty sure, anyway.

Technically the answer is none. As it is MNPS airspace.
The question should be what Navigation systems does an aircraft require.
