Does anyone have any background on the jobs available in Qatar for Pilots and Aircrewmen including instructors for both? The salary package sounds good.
Any advice?

Best bit of advice I can give you is to venture into the Middle East forum and have a look at the multitude of threads in there on Qatar. You'll get the heads up on recruitment procedures, accomodation, lifestyle et al.
