Has anyone heard the results of sim/interview for last week (24-27 Nov session). I've got a feeling that no news is bad news.

Any help very gratefully recieved.

Like maddog29 I have an interview at Britannia looming. The thread header indicates that there might be some information as to what happens on the assessment day, but so far I have been unable to find it  . If anyone has any information on what we might expect, there are a few of us who would REALLY appreciate it :ok: .

Thanks for the help. ;)

I presume you gents aren't Type Rated?

Their website says "preferably type-rated"....but the application form is clearly headed: Pilot - Direct Entry Type Rated 737 First Officer

That bit put me off somewhat as I didn't want to waste their time completely, as I am not type-rated.

Can anyone give any information?

Cheers,
Daniel

Daniel, word of advice... If you count on a website to give you the latest about recruitment, you probably end up very disappointed.
Securing in interview is often a matter of pro activity and second guessing. Any time the door opens a tiny bit or you think there is for it to open, get in there quick !

At Britannia there are guys starting soon who were meant to join on the 73 (not type rated) and actually end up on the 75 fleet (still no type rating).

Requirements are a bit like a company wishes list for X'mas.... Sometimes they get what they want, sometimes they don't.
