Anyone know about a start-up ATR42 operator England under the name of Oniva?

ATRs, low cost model, domestic flights, experienced airline magagers behind it (from what I have heard).

According to Flight Intl either NW or SE England - not that it narrows the field or anything.

I think the head office wil be somewhere up the M11 (but not likely STN). The bases sound like they will be smaller airports with no slot restrictions.
