the ryanair requirements can be found easily on their websit www.ryanair.com and the virgin requirements depend on which virgin. atlantic is several thousand hours on heavy jet (or at least that's what they said on their pfo letter to me) and express if i recall correctly is full ATPL with 500 hours on type (737 that is). like i said i may be wrong but that's as far as I can remember.
