Airline Info Website

Does anyone know of a good website with a listing of airlines throughout Europe? I recall looking at one a few months ago that had the details of almost every single airline and their contact details but I've forgotten the address!

or you could stump up the cash and join the Independent Pilots Association or BALPA who also have airline factfiles.
