Pilot competencies

I am trying to look for some guidance on what pilot competencies are (EASA specific ones?), specifically “professional standards” but can’t seem to find anything on the internet that lists this as a competency and provides an explanation of what it is?

I can't post a link, but google 'Airline Prep Career Guides Pilot Competencies', and then click 'Airline Pilot Competencies'. Should pretty much sum it up!
