I've just missed this years program, does anyone know if they plan to re-open the Program later this year or next year?

I’d say at the very earliest we’ll be getting rejections/invites at the end of the week starting on the 29th of April. Historically rejections come out slightly before invites to the assessment centres

I think it’s too early to hear back yet. Last year it was around 3 weeks after closing before people got reject emails and then about a week later than that, people got their invites sent out in batches over a number of days.

I would recommend PASS package of Aer Lingus at pilotassessments.com
Preparation is similar to real tests including math tests.

Good luck!

Aer Lingus Pilot Cadet Scheme Online Assessment

Hi all, I got invited to the online assessment yesterday and submitted it yesterday. This morning I got an email saying the next steps are online assessments via AON. Did anyone get a similar email following their online assessments ?

Akd, do you mean you completed the first set of assessments and have now been invited to another round?

Disregard the second mail. The one with the link for the assessments and the one you got in the morning should have been sent around the same time. In fact the second mail should have been sent earlier. It’s just in case they wanted you to do the online assessments and in error the link has not been sent to you.

So if you’re happy you’ve completed all of the online assessments in the first email just sit tight. the next time will hear from them will be in about 2 weeks time when they’re sending rejections/invites to the assessment centres.

Best of luck!!

Good day y'all ! It's my first time applying to a cadet programme. I received yesterday the mail for the online assessment and I am practicing both on Pilotest and Pilotassessment.com.

But I noticed that the score between two similars exercices have very different scoring at the end.

Like for reaction time I got 70% on pilotest and 100% on pilotassessment while performing quite the same.
Or, for the monitoring (moving dots), I got 65% on pilotest and 100% on pilotassessment while aslo performing pretty equally.

Do you know which of those two websites are the most representive of what's to come for the online assessment ?

Good luck

Hey, were you able to go straight from SJT to Math and the rest of online tests? My assessment ended with "thank you" after finishing SJT.. does that mean i got already rejected? 😅
Thanks!

Good evening lads. I recieved two days ago my link to the assesment and I have submitted it today. When I was done with it I got a message stating "Responses submitted" announcing that my responses were saved. My question is should I have gotten an email form Aer Lingus confirming that I have sent the exam, or I will only hear from them in 2-3 weeks with the results? Thanks in advance

No email immediately after completing the exams. As you said we’ll hear from them in approx 2 weeks

Finished my assessment today, don't think I will be making the cut! I will keep my fingers crossed though. Didn't get any email when I finished but the website said all my tasks are complete. If only we could submit our piloassessment.com scores instead🤣

I found the PASS challenge very difficult at first, but spent a good hour doing the PASS wing challenge and was consistently getting to level 200. Done the assessment one then and it handled totally different and crashed 3 times.
