Regardless I wanted to ask a few questions if anybody knows regarding the "Wizz Air Pathway Program - URBE".
- What does the program include?
- Is it fully sponsored or is it like the Pilot Academy, where you pay a large deposit upfront and then you essentially don't pay until you complete your line check
- Does anyone have any pointers regarding the TestAir360 tests? Where can I practice them? What are they looking for? Any tips or tricks?
- Has anyone passed the assements already and have any tips?

Hi, I’m wondering the same thing. What exactly is the difference between the Wizz course at URBE and the one at Trener? Is the end result the exact same? I’m asking because URBE would be more practical for me so I’m more inclined to go with that instead of Trener. Would just appreciate some clarification there if possible

It is a self-sponsored programme, costs you 84 500 Euro. However, if completed successfully -- Wizz will pre-pay for your type-rating. The money will be payed back from your FO salary.
Plus add to that the costs of initial assessment, costs of living in Italy+ medical class1. I just did TestAir360 for URBE and it was okay for the most part, except for mental arithmetics (that was really hardcore
).
You can buy 3 practice tests (in addition to those 4, which you will receive when you pay for the assessment), but I wouldn't recommend it. They have little to do in common with the pro-test.

Hi, I am from Austria and also interested in the Wizz Air Pathway Program.
So you wrote that the Price you paid in Italy was 84500€, but if you search for the Pathway Program in Hungary (Nyíregyháza) it says on their website that the Price is 65.000 an that the majority of it is presponsored by the Airline.
So do you know why the Price is different? And Where can I see the Price for the program in Rom?

Wizz offers several different types of programs, each with its own sponsorship or payment scheme. The URBE program is primarily self-funded, with training conducted in Italy. The program you mentioned in Nyíregyháza is entirely separate from URBE and follows a different structure.I applied to all of them but received an invitation for the one in Italy. I’m not sure what criteria they use to determine which candidates are selected for each program.

Hi Tommy. I see you maybe applied for WAPA and I am applying soon. I am wondering if we could exchange contact details about the application process and hopefully also after that!

Hope urbe aero also told you that the type rating and APS are not free and are actually deducted from your salary, They are going around saying that it's all included omitting to mention salary deductions
