Work Visa
Hi all,
I am from Australia, living in London on a Youth Mobility Visa. I have almost finished the conversion and am hoping to apply to the airlines soon.
I have done some research and it seems like airlines do not offer work sponsorships.
I'll have to try and go down the partner visa route.
Anyone else been in this situation?
Thanks.

First of all, check your visa allows you to work and it has multiple entries into the UK.
Nope, unless you had a desired skill that the airline cannot find locally, you won't get sponsored.
My husband did. I'm Aus with a British dad = right to UK citizenship. His grandparents were British so could qualify for a 4 year ancestral visa. He was using this to work for easyJet.
At the time, you needed to be a permanent resident and here for 5 years to qualify for citizenship or marry a Brit.
Fortunately, he qualified for both and got his citizenship by means of marriage.
